How MyPhotomotion collects, uses and looks after your personal information. Last updated 27 October 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number and the details you give us about your work or shoot.
When you book online, Acuity Scheduling collects your booking details for us.
When you visit the site, Google Analytics collects general information such as the pages you view, your device and roughly where you are. It doesn’t identify you by name.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, quote, book and do the work you’ve asked for, and to improve this website. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services that help run the business: Framer (website and forms), Acuity Scheduling (bookings), Google (analytics, maps and email) and YouTube (video).
Some of these services store information outside Australia.
Cookies
This site and the services it uses, including Google Analytics, YouTube, Google Maps and Acuity, may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and only keep it for as long as we need it or the law requires.
Seeing or correcting it
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email christine@myphotomotion.com.au and we’ll reply within 30 days.
